The scandal of Garth Brooks has recently been accused of sexual assualt and battery in alawsuit filed by Janae Roe-Psuedo name.
Jane is a former hair and makeup artist for Brooks and was on the team for tours and musical performances.
The lawsuit was filed on October 3, 2024, in Los Angeles Superior Court, stating that Brooks raped her in Los Angeles hotel in 2019.
The woman further mentioned that she had worked for Brook’s wife, country singer Trisha Yearwood, since 1999 and started working for Brooks in 2017.
Describing the incident, the hair stylist stated that the assault occured when she traveled from Nashville to LA with Brooks for a performance at the Grammy Awards.
Furthermore, the woman alleges that in the suite of the hotel, Brooks appeared naked in the doorway to the bedroom and assaulted her.
After that, a similar case occured repeatedly and in a repetitive pattern. As of October 4, 2024, whether the allegation is true is unknown.
Similarly, Brooks denied the accusations, describing them as a false and suggesting they are a part of an attempt to extort him.
Furthermore, he also acknowledged that he tried to get to the court to stop Thursday’s Lawsuit from being filed.
The Country Singer further stated;
For the last two months, I have been hassled to no end with threats, lies and tragic tales of what my future would be if I did not write a check for many millions of dollars.
The initial investigation is ongoing and thus Garth Brooks has not been arrested and further details are still to be disclosed publicly.
