How To Fix Game Sharing Not Working On Diablo 4?

Additionally, you do require two controllers for the steps to work.
Here are a few steps you can follow;
Step 1: Both Accounts Are In The Same Console
The main account and the account you want to share Diablo 4 must be on the same console.
Apparently, if the account you want to share the game with is logged into another console, you cannot game share Diablo 4 with that account.
Step 2: Start Diablo 4 On Main Account
Start Diablo 4 on your main account or the account you used to purchase the pre-order of the game.
However, do not open the account with which you want to share the game.
Step 3: Sign In To Both Accounts
If you already have a character created, you can log in to that character.
However, some players have reported needing to create a new one altogether.
- Now, sign in to the main account with access to the game.
- You will notice a loading message saying, “Player 2 or Second Player is connected“.
- You will then sign in using the controller of the second player.
Step 4: Log Out From Your Primary Controller
Once the second player logs in, you can select the character you created or create a new one.
And, Once the second player’s character is in the game, you can log out from the character from your primary controller.
Step 5: Open Diablo 4
Make sure to log out from the main account altogether, then go back and open Diablo 4.
The character of the second player will be there, playable.
