Where To Find The Light Dragon In TotK?
The Light Dragon in Tears of the Kingdom is more bizarre than the other three Dragons, Farosh, Dinraal, and Naydra.
It does not stick to a specific region of the Hyrule, and it constantly roams around the Depths of the Hyrule.
However, during the main quest, “Recovering the Hero’s Sword,” you can find the light Dragon in TotK.
Furthermore, to access this main quest, you must first go to the Lost Woods and reach the Korok Forest.
After that, you must defeat Gloom Hands and Phantom Ganon to help the Deku tree.
Therefore, after being victorious, you will be able to access the main quest, which is the quest for the Master Sword.
During this quest, Deku Tree will mark the location of the Light Dragon, and you can find it quickly afterward.
You can now get the Master Sword and find the Light Dragon during the quest.
Does the Light Dragon Disappear?
You will see the location of the Light Dragon as long as you select the “Recovering the Hero’s Sword” quest in your Adventure Log.
However, the location marker will disappear after you recover the Master Sword and complete the quest.
Therefore, it will appear like the Light Dragon has disappeared from the Hyrule Kingdom.
But the Light Dragon never leaves or disappears from Hyrule; instead, it roams on a fixed path around the map.
In addition, after you complete the Korok Forest quest, the Light Dragon will fly at a lower altitude near view towers.
Furthermore, it constantly roams around the Lanayru, Akkala, and Eldin provinces and circles the Hyrule.
You can find the Light Dragon by searching near the Skyview Towers or following the route of the Light Dragon.
How To Find The Light Dragon Again?
After you complete the quest, the Light Dragon will head out into the Depths of the Hyrule.

Furthermore, the path of the light dragon is long as it covers the whole Hyrule map, but it’s possible to find it by following the path.

Therefore, you can find it quickly by traveling counterclockwise along the path of the Light Dragon.

The Light Dragon will not disappear at a certain point in the story or after the “Recovering the Hero’s Sword” quest.
