How To Upgrade Yiga Armor? Complete Guide

The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom is an adventurous game available only on the Nintendo Switch system.

Furthermore, this game provides a new story where Link, the hero of Hyrule and Zelda, the Princess of Hyrule, try to stop Calamity Ganon from destroying Hyrule.

Yiga Armor lets you bypass enemies easily. To upgrade Yiga Armor, you must enter the Yiga Clan Hideout using a Sheikah Slate with enough arms. You must stay safe from Yiga Blademasters and Master Kohga using your best Armor and weaponry.

The game’s Armor set is significant in providing durability and a shield that benefits players.

Let’s profoundly elaborate on what Yiga Armor is and the steps to upgrade it.

What Is Yiga Armor?

Yiga Armor is essential while playing the Tears of the Kingdom because it increases the stealth of the Link, the Hero of Hyrule.

This Armor set encompasses unique materials that conceal the sound of Link’s footsteps.

Moreover, by putting on the Yiga Armor, enemies can’t listen and trace the Link’s footsteps which helps bypass enemies without being detected.

You can get Yiga Armor inside a Yiga Clan in Akkala Highland, which comprises three pieces: Yiga Mask, Yiga Armor and Yiga Tights.

The Yiga Mask is a headpiece upgraded at a Great Fairy Fountain to provide a +15 stealth boost and can be worn with any other Armor.

Similarly, the Yiga Tights is the leg piece upgraded in a cave west of the Great Hyrule Forest at the southern base of Mount Drena, which slightly boosts your attack power.

While the Yiga Armor is a chest piece, you can achieve it only after completing the Presenting: The Travel Medallion quest
