What Is Sussur Flower Antimagic In BG3?

The main use of the Sussur flower is its antimagic capabilities.

The flower can negate magic when used or held by a player, but it also has its downsides.

Furthermore, since it is a quest item, players may not find any other use than negating certain magic areas using the flower.

Antimagic completely negates the magic in an area or around the flower holder.

Thus, when players hold the flower in their bags, it will negate every spell around them.

This feature can also affect their teammates since it can reject even their teammate’s magic. However, players do not need to use it all the time.

Players will use this flower for the first time in Arcane Tower to negate the magic to block them from traveling between floors.

Furthermore, players may encounter a bug with the Sussur Flower’s antimagic in BG3.

The bug will constantly apply the antimagic field on the flower holder.

Moreover, when the holder tries to remove the flower, the flower will disappear from the bag and still apply the antimagic field around the holder.

Thus, if you hold one of these flowers, be mindful of the bug.
