Firstly, players must talk to the staff member to complete the Spread Out Less Than An Arcminute Quest.
Following that, players should teleport to the Court of Fontaine in Fontaine and converse with Turenna.
During this conversation, Turenna will encourage players to participate in a special event called the Special Security and Surveillance Patrol.
Additionally, Turenna will introduce the players to a shooting simulator named the Thousand-Pace Interdiction Arcminute Sharpshooting Zone.
