The second quest is to gather 8 Windfurry cones which you can find north of the Thunder Bluff.
Next, you must use them with the Mortar and Pestle and get a result.
Hence, the next step is to return to Boarton Shadetotem with the result in Thunder Bluff.
1. Go To Mulgore Horde Territory For Windfury Cones
Use your map and go north, where you will find many Windfury Sorceresses.
You can kill at least 10 of them to obtain coppers, linen clothes, cracked bills, patchwork Bracers, ruffled feathers, etc as your loot.
Moreover, you must go to the Mulgore Horde Territory to collect the 8 Windfury cones.
In the Mulgore territory, you can find a bunch of Windfury cones near the trees to collect eight of them.
2. Grind The Windfury Cones With Mortar And Pestie
After you collect all 8 Windfury cones, you must grind them using Mortar and Pestie.
Grinding these eight Windfury cones with Mortar and Pestie will create a Venomous Weapon Salve.
Hence, when you activate the grinding process, it will start creating the venomous weapon salve.
Now you can go in the lift with the result of grinding 8 Windfury back in the Thunder Bluff to meet Boarton Shadetotem.
When you complete the Stalk with the Earthmother quest, you can gain 410 Original Experience.

Complete The Third Quest Of The Stalk With The Earthmother
The third quest of the stalk with the Earthmother is to catch a raw, brilliant small fish from the lake.
