The places and ways to find Flower Coins in Fluff Puff Peaks Flying Battleship are as follows:

1. First Flower Coin

You can find the first flower coin in the early stage of the level.

Therefore, you have to clear the opening area where you can find some Blue Tulips floating in and out of the clouds.

You have to pass through it by using fireworks enemies to destroy the crates.

Alternatively, you can perform a wall jump in crates to reach the hidden Flower Coin.

You have to be quick while collecting it because the camera tilts up and down, which makes it difficult to reach.

2. Second Flower Coin

When you collect the first Flower Coin, use firework enemies to make a path through hard rocks above the Bullet Bill Blasters.

Afterward, you have to damage the firework enemy so that it can destroy the hard block above the silver pipe.

Then, you can enter the pipe leading to the secret area where you can find the second Flower Coin.

After reaching the secret area, damage the firework enemy and place them below the Flower Coin.

Then, it will destroy the hard blocks for you to obtain the Flower Coin quickly.

3. Third Flower Coin

After collecting the second flower coin, you will find the third Flower Coin before the end of the level.

When you reach the place shown in the picture below, you have to get to that platform, and you have to enter the silver pipe.

After entering the silver pipe, you will get to the secret area where you will get the third Flower Coin.
