Loving Yourself Your Way
The quest “Loving Yourself, Your Way” is part of the Love is in the Air event WOW.
The event is inspired by Valentine’s Day and features various activities, quests, achievements, and rewards for players.
To start the quest, you must talk to either Inspector Snip Snagglebolt in Stormwind or Detective Snap Snagglebolt in Orgrimmar.
They will give you the quest and direct you to the Gala of Gifts, where you can buy packages of treats for 10 Love Tokens each.
Love Tokens are the event’s currency, which you can earn by completing other quests, dailies, or activities.
The Treat Packages
You must eat one of each treat to complete the “Loving Yourself, Your Way” quest in WOW.
You can also share the treats with other players, as they are not soulbound and can be traded or mailed.
However, you cannot sell them on the auction house.
The packages of treats are:
1. Lovely Cake
A cake that you can place on the ground and slice into pieces.
Each slice gives you a buff that increases your health and mana regeneration by 5% for 10 minutes.
2. Box Of Chocolates
A box contains four types of chocolates: Buttermilk Delight, Dark Desire, Sweet Surprise, and Very Berry Cream.
Each chocolate gives you a different buff that lasts for an hour.
For example, Buttermilk Delight increases your critical strike rating by 34, while Dark Desire increases your stamina by 23.
3. Handful Of Rose Petals
You can throw a bunch of rose petals at yourself or another player, creating a shower of petals and a heart-shaped effect.
The petals have a 5-minute cooldown and can only be used during the event.
4. Love Rocket
A rocket you can launch into the Air creates a fireworks display of hearts.
The rocket has a 20-second cooldown and can only be used during the event.
After You Consume The Treats
Once you’ve consumed all four treats, you can return to the quest giver and receive 5 Love Tokens as a reward.
You can also repeat the quest every day from February 8 to February 21.
This means you can earn up to 70 Love Tokens from this quest alone.
You can use the Love Tokens to buy various items from the Lovely Merchants, such as mounts, pets, toys, cosmetics, and more.
Other Quests In The Love Is In The Air Event
Depending on your level, faction, and preferences, you can do many other quests during the Love is in the Air event.
Here are some examples:
1. Crushing The Crown
A daily quest that requires you to destroy a chemical wagon and kill some Crown agents at various locations.
You can get this quest from Inspector Snip Snagglebolt or Detective Snap Snagglebolt.
Contrarily, you will receive 5 Love Tokens and a Crown Co. “Salvage” Bag as rewards.
2. A Perfect Puff Of Perfume
A daily quest that requires you to spray 10 players or NPCs with either perfume or cologne, depending on your faction.
You can get this quest from Kwee Q. Peddlefeet near the bank in Stormwind or Orgrimmar.
Hence, you will receive 5 Love Tokens and a Crown Co. “Salvage” Bag as a reward.
3. A Cloudlet Of Classy Cologne
A daily quest that requires you to spray 10 players or NPCs with either cologne or perfume, depending on your faction.
You can get this quest from Kwee Q. Peddlefeet near the bank in Stormwind or Orgrimmar.
Further, you will receive 5 Love Tokens and a Crown Co. “Salvage” Bag as rewards.
