What Is Worthless Coins In Lords Of The Fallen?
Worthless coins are the items related to the NPC merchant called Winterberry.
She is related to Byron Questline and the one who stole his beloved Catrin’s pendant.
You can find the NPC under the tunnels of the Revelation Depth. This is the exact same place where you find the coins.
The worthless coins seemed like the currency icon for the pendant in Winterberry’s inventory.
It could be used to buy the pendant if you keep Winterberry alive.
However, during the playthrough, it had no option to purchase the pendant from the inventory.
Instead, winterberry says that she’s keeping that with her. This makes this questline complex to complete.
Worthless Coins Location In Lords Of The Fallen
Worthless coins are found in the tunnels of Revelation depth during the Byron questline.
If you find the worthless coins, it means that Winterberry is dead.
They are placed in the Quest/Upgrade Materials inventory after you locate them.
Worthless coins are located alongside Umbral Flowerbed and Wither Arrows.
However, you cannot locate them if you don’t take the elevator after defeating Skinstealer.
How To Get Worthless Coins?
You get worthless coins during the Byron quest to find Catrin’s lost pendant.
To get the coins, start at the bottom of Revelation Depth at the Vestige of Lost Berescu and take the elevator.
Once you’re at your stop from the elevator, head towards the right and go downwards.
You should climb down the ladder and go further down the tunnel.
Inside the tunnel, after you pick up the Wither Arrows, turn around and go through the wall.
Move forward, and there you get the quest item Worthless coins to pick it up.
On the contrary, if you don’t take the elevator and disrupt Byron’s quest, you’ll have to defeat the Skinstealer boss.
Defeating him will get you a Drainage control key that you can use to reduce the water level in the cistern.
This gives you access to the depths of the Revelation, where Winterberry is located.
After following the Umbral Flowerbed path, you’ll discover Winteberry.
You can then talk to her about the pendant to give that to Byron and complete the quest.
However, the pendant is not for sale, so you should return to Sunless Skein to report your findings to Byron.
