1. Complete Nimbus Land and go to Monstro Town.
2. In Monstro Town, go to the second floor of the inn and talk to the Thwomp.
3. Then, Thwomp will tell you about a sealed door that can only be opened by a special item.
4. Therefore, use the Shiny Stone on the door. The door will glow and open up, revealing a portal to another dimension.
5. Enter the portal and you will see Culex; he will challenge you to a battle and test your strength.
6. If you accept the challenge, you will face Culex and his four crystals.
7. If you decline the challenge, you can leave the portal and come back later when you are ready.
8. However, the Shiny Stone will not be consumed, so you can use it again to open the door.
